BANK LENDING AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES IN KAZAKHSTAN

In modern conditions, one of the urgent tasks Republic Kazakhstan is to maximise development small and medium-sized businesses. Small medium business has a direct impact on economic well-being state. And it largely depends solving problems employment, filling domestic market with goods, replenishing state budget creating competitive environment. The businesses key tool for growth socio-political modernisation.
 This article examines dynamics in Kazakhstan, including indicators such as contribution country's gross product, number registered operating, people employed this area, analyses lending by second-tier banks 2018-2020, which covers period before pandemic during pandemic. During restrictive measures, provided support form tax exemptions, interest relief loans previously obtained businesses, rent payments. However, despite this, have been identified aspect. order eliminate lending, prospective directions further enterprises developed.
